As part of the HR workforce planning team, you will play a key role in coordinating organization-wide annual manpower planning and budgeting, managing and administering applicable government grants submission and related reporting, tracking and maintaining critical workforce data to enable and support planning, in close partnership with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Challenges:
  • Partner Business Units and Head of Departments to prepare, coordinate, consolidate and manage organisation-wide annual manpower planning and budgeting exercise, which also includes relevant budget forecast, headcount configuration and cost analysis.
  • Track utilisation and flag gaps/risks.
  • Administer and fulfil submission requirements of applicable government grants.
  • Manage grants submission and associated reporting, audits and review and secure and track reimbursables.
  • Flag issues and areas of concern for decision making and provide advisory to Business Units and relevant departments on regulatory authority\xe2\x80\x99s manpower standards and requirement.
  • Responsible for safekeeping, tracking, updating, maintenance and dashboarding of critical workforce data and records.
  • Partner relevant HR teams to perform data analysis to derive meaningful insights to for action planning/decision making.
  • Be the POC for manpower survey requests from Government agencies (e.g. MOM, Infocomm, etc).
  • Support set up and/or migration/maintenance of relevant HR/budgeting/data systems required to enable workforce planning/budgeting.
What it Takes:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, with minimum 3-year experience in HR and/or manpower planning roles.
  • Proficient in working with large amount of data and data tools (e.g. MS excel), good analytical skill. Familiarity with HR systems is an added advantage.
  • Good communication, data visualisation and interpersonal skills, meticulous and pay attention to details.
  • Can-do attitude, team player and able to work independently in a multi-tasking and dynamic environment to meet multiple project timelines.
