Roles & Responsibilities
To assist the HOD, Specialty Ops in providing managerial support for operations of assigned services and clinics and in supporting clinicians, in particular:
- Oversee the operations of Specialist Outpatient Clinic and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage clinic resources to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
- Manage a team of frontline staff and involved in conducting OJT.
- Ensure consistency in service standards for a hasslefree experience to patient and take initiatives to correct service problems (if any).
- Lead projects and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support HOD in the planning, development and implementation of annual workplans.
- Provide operations support to Clinical Heads in clinical service development.
- Bachelor degree from a recognized institution.
- Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply.
- Working experience in healthcare/ service related industry preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of handling statistics
