A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Assistant Manager, Service Sales like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team. As an Assistant Manager, Service Sales (PowerGen) for MTU Singapore you will be directly reporting to the Senior Manager, Service Sales (Asia). You will be responsible for \xe2\x80\x9cLead to Orders\xe2\x80\x9d activities from offering, monitoring till order placement by customers for PowerGen application in Asia. You will also work closely with subsidiaries/customers/customers under his/her responsibility on sales target and forecast.

Key Accountabilities:
Prepare enquiries and work closely with internal Service Dept. for Service Products offering, such as Swing engines, LCC, VCA, EC/EPC, Factory rebuild and repair, etc under his/her responsibility
Coordinates with Order Management team, Material Planning team and Purchasing team to ensure that parts are fulfilled
Coordinates ILS requirements and/or related Service activities in support of Engine Sales Project together with internal Service Dept. such as Logistics, Training, Service Center and Customers Service team.
Handles customers feedback related to sales orders and assist in the resolution together with internal Service Dept and maintain relevant correspondences and establish good working relationship with external and internal customers
Visibility of the Distributors/Customers Business Plan to monitor the forecasts realization and assist in the analysis, liaising and coordination of the quarterly and annual review of the Service forecast (with reference to the Actual Sales performance) with the respective countries under his/ her charge together with Order Management Team.
Coordinate, analyze, submission and follow-up of ADR from Subsidiaries/Distributors/Customers with all stakeholders for approval
Other tasks:
Contract Management. To work with stakeholders & Service Team on contract renewal or new contract management
Coordinator for Service Sales ADR (internal & external)
Work/Project assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/Business Administration/Logistics Management
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the similar filed
Knowledge on SAP (Sales & Distribution Module), Shipping and Incoterms, good marketing & customer service skill, and supply chain knowledge on Parts Distribution will be an advantage
Proficient in English
Good interpersonal and communication skill at all level with positive working attitude
Team player and willing to travel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Passionate, detailed oriented and self-motivated.
