Manage floor operations to ensure consistently excellent guest experiences and handle customer complaints and feedback.
Recommend and upsell specialties to guests, and process payments.
Train and collaborate with service and kitchen teams to build sales and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Oversee ordering, inventory, stationary, and stock management, maintaining stock levels and reducing wastage.
Inspect tables, glassware, and service stations for cleanliness, functionality, and sufficient supplies.
Ensure handover, closing, and opening procedures are completed for each shift.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu and presentation standards, and support cluster managers in optimizing labor usage.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the related field.
Management or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly energized work environment.
Mature and decisive with strong business acumen.
Resourceful with excellent management and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
