Job Responsibilities: * Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and agency teams to develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company\'s goals and objectives

• Content Creation: Lead the social media agency in the development of captivating, shareable, and engaging content for various social media platforms
• Community Engagement: Lead the team in fostering positive relationships with our online community
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesiveness and consistency across channels, and monitor/report performance and campaign learnings
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with various teams including marketing, customer service, and product development; as well as external partners including agencies, platform vendors, and possibly influencers
• Trendspotting: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms, and recommend innovative ways to leverage them

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, including tools and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and a passion for innovation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A team player and has a positive attitude
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry trends is a plus
