The Business Strategy & Acceleration team is responsible for supporting the sustained growth of the Solar DG business in the APAC region, through strategic projects that aim at accelerating the business while maximizing operational efficiency. This role will lead strategic initiatives that can contribute to Sunseap's business plan targets, both by accelerating growth across different customer segments and product ranges, as well as by leading operational efficiency projects across the whole value chain, that can have a positive impact on business performance and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead transversal strategic projects with strong impact on business growth Think strategically, to proactively understand customer needs on Solar DG, provide solutions to overcome obstacles and grow the business Be knowledgeable on the main business drivers & business model components, in order to identify and act on main efficiency levers, impacting C2A, C2S and Capex Benchmark main KPIs against other areas of EDP and best-in-class companies Support the development of a Solar DG go-to-market approach, contribute with innovative approaches for the development and implementation of a clear value proposition for each customer segment Measure, analyse and evaluate existing processes, collecting data to identify inefficiency root causes and potential improvement opportunities Identify efficiency related opportunities to provide additional value to the organization Contribute to transformation and change management across the organization Requirements Degree in Management/Engineering or equivalent At least 3-8 years experience in consulting or business development/strategy in a fast-pacing industry Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, quantify and use information to derive conclusions and recommendations that support decision making High level of self-initiative, proactive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-growing environment Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with ability to apply project management skills to build relationships with business stakeholders Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence When you join Sunseap, you will have access to: Professional experience in a leading global company in the renewables industry with flexible work conditions Recognition through remuneration compatible with the role and other additional benefits Opportunities for personal and professional development, e.g. cross-cutting projects, mobilities and volunteering About EDP Group: As a socially responsible company, we incorporate our values and practices with the principles of Diversity and Inclusion.
