This role asks to be a lead to support sales pursuits and competitive renewals. You will ensure adherence to all bid processes and documentations, conduct formatting, proofreading and copy checking, identify bid / proposal process improvements and best practice and use knowledge of competition, processes, clients or sectors / domains to bring to light any risks or gaps in the response, solution.What are the key responsibilities?You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a person that collaborates well with others regardless of role, business unit or location.As a Core member of the team, you will support the team\xe2\x80\x99s people\xe2\x80\x99s growth and development through training and coaching sessions.Other role includes:Partner with key stakeholders, mainly designated Country Sales Lead and other Solution & Proposal team members provide tailored, competitive solutions and proposal material for qualified requestsManage the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients.Manage and drive the Proposal Process such asCreating Proposal strategiesManage the successful development of compliant, competitive, cogent, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across PDS SG teams that include sales, pricing, solution management, leadership, internal SMEs and in-country teams.Apply experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure the timely delivery of proposal submissions that are fully compliant with solicitation instructions.Read and analyse RFI, RFQ, RFPs and other bid documents for requirements.Develop the proposal schedule, outline, compliance matrix, and proposal development plans.Work with the core pursuit team (sales, solutions, and pricing) to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and value proposition into proposal.Provide insight, leadership, and work guidance to authors on all proposal content.Take ownership of the quality of the proposal for reviews and final delivery by performing rigorous quality assurance checks on draft and final documents.Manage the development of oral presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions.Ensure the high-quality content and appearance of final proposal deliverables.Conduct and document proposal lessons learned and implement actions to improve process efficiency.Ensure ongoing communication and facilitation of a coordinated handoff to our Delivery and Operations teams on successful proposalsIn additionParticipate as part of the wider Solutions & Proposal Team across the globe to ensure that there is an ongoing exchange of solutions & best practices across the business.Champion proposal best practiceMonitor & highlight continuous improvement and development opportunitiesWork closely with the Asia Pacific Bid COE team to maintain bid library and other relevant business development collateralMaintain proposal & presentation library including baselines, case studies and business cases / Commercials/ CV\xe2\x80\x99s / Capability StatementsTrack ongoing activity and Win/Loss metrics on supported proposalsQualificationsA strong operational background in Real Estate (ideally Project Management), and/or experience supporting the Sales/RFP process at a regional level.Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree (or with at least 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience) in Business development, Solution Development, Account Management, Facilities Management and/or Bid Management preferably within the real estate industryAbility to communicate effectively (written and verbal), coupled with strong influencing skills \xe2\x80\x93 particularly at a senior levelHighly organised team player, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlinesDeep knowledge of key MS Office productsSound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendationsLocation:On-site \xe2\x80\x93SingaporeIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don\xe2\x80\x99t meet all the requirements.
