It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 120 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduate students.We now invite applications for the position of Assistant Manager - Student Wellbeing Support and Special Educational Needs Coordinator.Reporting to the Assistant Director, EEE Students Office in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, the incumbent plays a vital role role in fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for our students.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive student support: Offer guidance, mentorship, and resources to help students succeed academically and personally.Manage student programs: Oversee various programs designed to support student well-being, such as peer tutoring and academic intervention programs.Coordinate special accommodations: Ensure that students with special educational needs have access to appropriate accommodations and support.Maintain records and communicate with stakeholders: Keep accurate records of student interactions and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and students.Qualifications:Bachelor Degree in counselling, education, social work or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in education sector or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong interpersonal skills with student and staff.Excellent organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.Good computer skills including MS Office Suite, and database usage.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
