Responsibilities:The Service & Operations Executive will support the management of digital healthcare applications, ensuring system readiness, driving application enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, achieve strategic KPIs, and advance workforce transformation initiatives.
Support the Service & Operations department, focusing on Digital Enablement & Transformation (DET) initiatives, including software applications like Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), Electronic Queue Management System (eQMS), and mobile applications
Represent the department during User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and End-to-End Testing (E2E)
Collaborate with user departments, Synapxe, and third-party vendors to ensure system readiness
Drive and implement improvements to enhance the performance, usability, and intuitiveness of applications, aiming for higher digital adoption rates
Support clinic operations in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and aligning with strategic plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and implement solutions that improve outcomes in Workforce Transformation and Tech Enablement
Requirements
Degree in any field
Candidates with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in IT domain supporting operations
A team player with strong analytical and project management skills
Experience in healthcare IT systems and digital transformation is a plus!
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
