Lead the Talent Acquisition Team to execute recruitment processes to achieve recruitment KPI.
Manage the outreach and engagement efforts such as participation in careers fairs, site engagement and recruitment events with our internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand the job requirements to fulfil the business needs.
Responsible for managing the whole recruitment cycle for all active openings
Timely recruitment updates to provide a data-driven approach for reporting purposes.
To provide ideas and possess initiatives to improve and streamline recruitment processes
Monitor and track hiring performance metrics and make suggestions for improvement
Prepare LOAs and make job offer.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act and related MOM guidelines
To handle full spectrum of work pass application matters
Good knowledge of the Employment Act and other relevant statutory acts
Other ad-hoc tasks and project assigned by Management
Job Requirement
Possess bachelor degree in Human Resource or equivalents from recognised universities;
Familiar with local employment act and MOM guidelines;
Familiar with involvement to lead mass recruitment functions;
Able to converse will in both chinese and english languages;
Able to commence work within short notice
