This role is a newly created position within our Talent Acquisition Team (Center of Excellence) and will report directly to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager.The Role

• This role will manage all recruitment strategies for both Executive and Non-Executive hiring for all Business units with the Group Brands.
• You will partner with the business entity on manpower requirements to ensure timely deployment of resources in support of business operations
• You will develop multiple channels to ensure a steady pipeline of manpower resources through active sourcing, and advertisements through different advertisement channels.
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies to attract graduates, mid-career workers and talent seeking career transitions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, liaising with managers to take full briefs on requirements and agreed on effective recruitment strategies

What We Require From You

• Minimum four years of relevant experience in HR Operations, focusing on high volume / fast-paced recruitment both executive and non-executive level
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
• Self-driven and able to work in a dynamic environment.
