You'll partner with our business leaders to help them build their departments with talented candidates of the right profile. This role is based in Singapore and reports to the Director, Human Resource. As Manager for Talent Acquisition, you will be required to: . Develop and drive our employer branding activities to present our companies in optimal position for talent attraction . Plan and deliver impactful outreach programmes (e.g. to campuses and social institutions), and ensure smooth end-to-end implementation of programmes, leveraging on internal support and collaboration . Advise the business leaders effectively by keeping abreast of business developments and external market trends, and apply a solution-based approach which include innovative and effective sourcing strategies that ensure delivery of search in a cost-effective manner . Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, guiding the TA team to source, screen, interview candidates and close searches for all levels of restaurant and restaurant support centre (Head Office)'s roles . Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches to meet both candidates and hiring managers' expectations . Ensure recruitment practices and processes are compliant to best practices and regulations . Provide recruitment analytics and suggest/drive areas for improvement, including review preferred suppliers, policies review and process improvements etc . Lead special projects/recruitment initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for suitable senior-level openings. The Person This is a key role that requires a strategic, insightful, persuasive, and driven recruitment professional to deliver the best service to stakeholders. . Bachelor's degree . 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in managerial position, preferably in the fast-food, hospitality and retail industries . Able to develop and inspire TA team to achieve the desired outcome that is aligned with the companies' goals and values . Anticipate workforce landscape changes, is adaptable, meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced environment with prompt response and action to tasks. . Good business acumen with the ability to apply critical thinking, good judgement, and ability to 'connect the dots' . Relationship building skills with ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders credibly . Good knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies with strong analytical skills . Experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools .
