Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition

Job Description
- Manage end-to-end full cycle of recruitment process for the entire group and handle advertising, sourcing, screening, interview & selection and evaluation after interview.
- Prepare salary proposals for approval and extend offers to candidates.
- Prepare letter of offer for selected candidates.
- Responsible for recruitment of all open positions (perm / temp and contract)
- Job placements on various job portals and handle in-house workable ATS system.
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand business requirements.
- Partner with hiring manager to shortlist, arrange and conduct interviews.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Prepare and submit monthly management and other statutory report.
- Support HR Team in various projects across the Group.
- Any other ad hoc duties
- Degree / Diploma and Min 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment in services industry
- Good hands-on experience in recruitment and have shown good track records
- Possess good organization skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Possess excellent spoken and written communication skills
- 5 days work week - 8.30am to 5.45pm
- 14 & 16 Jalan Mesin - Macpherson
- Nearest MRT ; Tai Seng (10 to 15 mins walk from the MRT)
