What the role is:Rehabilitation & Social Mobility Policy (RSMP) Directorate develops policies and programmes which: a) Deliver stability, self-reliance and social mobility for lower income families b) Protect individuals and families from abuse and neglect or problem gambling c) Rehabilitate individuals from social dysfunction. Family Intervention Division develop and review policies which enhance intervention, stability and resilience of youth-at-risk and vulnerable families.What you will be working on:You will be part of a team of officers who will be working with other Ministries and Divisions within MSF and our stakeholders to formulate, implement and evaluate policies, conduct research and public engagement activities. We are looking for a detail oriented and driven individual to join us. Suitable officers may be given supervisory responsibilities. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with external stakeholders and partners across Ministries and Divisions to formulate, implement and evaluate policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualise research studies, develop research proposals, plan and organise the collection of data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct data analysis using appropriate statistical methods/tools, interpret and present research findings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and carry out public engagement of stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead a team of officers to carry out the above.What we are looking for:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in a suitable field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess written and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong planning skills and analytical aptitude. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong team ethos and effective interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate complex research findings to non-technical audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in policy or research (3-5 years of experience) would be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency and experience in the use of statistical analysis and software (e.g. Python, R, SPSS) would be advantageous.
