[What the role is]
As part of STB Cruise team, the individual will have opportunities to be creative and implement initiatives through partnerships with key stakeholders and marketing efforts to maintain Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s attractiveness as a premier year-round homeport to global cruise lines and build Singapore into a leading and vibrant cruise hub in Asia. [What you will be working on] 1. Partnerships & Events Identify opportunities (e.g. new partners or new partnership formats) with trade event partners (e.g. Cruiseworld, ITB) and key cruise associations (e.g. Cruise Lines International Association) Manage existing collaborations with key trade events partners. This includes STB\xe2\x80\x99s participation at global tradeshows (e.g. Seatrade Cruise Global) 2. Marketing & Comms. Develop and execute overall marketing plan for Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s cruise industry. This includes launch of new marketing initiatives, development of marketing collaterals and comms materials, and management of familiarisation trips. Maintain existing communications plans and work with STB Comms team on public comms, press releases (where required). Develop and maintain STB Cruise\xe2\x80\x99s crisis management and communication plan. 3. Cruise Strategy Development Work with Cruise Business Development (CBD) to maintain and update environment scan of global cruise landscape, trends and competitive analysis. [What we are looking for]
