Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor vessel schedule and ensure it runs as planned and track and review any changes.
Manage service (and vessel) schedules as well as manage any and update contingencies which are planned in advance through discussion with stakeholders
Coordinate with internal stakeholder to ensure system is updated in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate and perform negotiation slot partners (schedule, accident etc.) to meet internal requirements.
Manage non-critical accidents through timely incident reporting.
Gather port & berth information on a regular basis.
Manage vessel bunker consumption.
Assist to verify slot cost settlement.
Distribute general sailing instruction promptly and completely prior to vessel\xe2\x80\x99s commencement in service
Provide assistance to GM/DGM as required.
Lead in projects as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in transportation and logistics or equivalent
At least 4 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of relevant experience
Good communication and negotiation skills in order to balance interest of various parties
Strong leadership ability to guide junior team members
Strong organization and coordination skills
Able to work independently with sense of urgency
Liner shipping operations experience advantageous
