Job responsibilities:
Strategy and Partnerships:
Communicate strategic value of wellbeing-related metrics (eg. Employee morale, engagement, job satisfaction and perceived fairness) and contribute to a cluster framework and strategy for wellbeing. Partner institutions in developing and scaling their own wellbeing practices and positive workplace norms among leaders, managers, employees.
Communication and research:
Work with different departments and institutions to collect and study workforce data (qualitative) to describe state of workplace health. Generate insights from qualitative data to identify barriers to wellbeing and develop upstream wellbeing interventions and implement and subsequently evaluate them at individual, team, institution and cluster level.
Psychotherapeutic services:
Deliver/support psychotherapeutic services to promote staff wellbeing.
