Job Description

This role works closely with the Central Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to actively manage financial data through data-driven techniques and tools. He/She will be responsible for designing and implementing a data architecture that is able to provide reliable data repository and clean data for meaningful financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist Business Transformation Manager to drive data management governance, business data standardization along with project requirement gathering and implementation phases
• Partner with Business Users to address data quality challenges and make recommendation
• Work collaboratively to assist in the design of data products with both internal (functional/ cross functional) and external stakeholders, improve and roll-out product features to support business
• Create interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization and informed decision-making.
• Use data-driven techniques to provide data insights and interpret results to detect anomalies/gaps and implement improvements proactively
• Perform data cleansing, data mapping, standardization & data migration activities
• Provide support in process and data governance documentation
• Identify opportunities for streamlining of processes and propose changes for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related major with strong data analytic background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Analytics
• Good understanding of SAP ERP modules and working knowledge in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or equivalent will be an advantage
• Excellent with MS office suites (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Words)
• Knowledge of best practices to ensure maintainability and efficiency of data-centric projects
• Experience in supporting and optimising business needs with data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
