Job Description

: * Develop and promote market immersion programmes, joint events, conferences, business missions and ensure the successful execution of such programmes within budget and contributes : Develop and promote market immersion programmes, joint events, conferences, business missions and ensure the successful execution of such programmes within budget and contributes to revenue targets. Organise market insights sessions for Singapore & international startups looking to gain insights on the country's startup & innovation landscape and doing business in those countries. Establish strategic partnerships and enhance relationships with local and foreign entities to create opportunities in driving opportunities for Singapore startups locally or abroad. Work closely with startups and enterprises and develop deep market insights of assigned markets to identify business opportunities for the startups. Assist to develop deep understanding of the managed startups business and established deep relationship with the startups founders and team. Work with international partners to facilitate overseas business matching for Singapore startups. Organise regional startup pitching sessions for Singapore startups to pitch to overseas government agencies, investors and enterprises. Conduct market analysis, environment scanning and produce market insights reports to enhance consulting capabilities and advisory services to the startups. Organise delegation visit programmes for international delegations looking to understand the Singapore startup ecosystem and contributes to revenue targets. Organise 1-on-1 country-specific market advisory clinics for Singapore startups looking to receive consultations on go-to-market strategy and incorporation matters. Develop project charters, programme playbooks, prepare and maintain accurate administrative records, including but not limited to minutes, reports, agreements, etc. Support scouting of international startups for specific corporate innovation projects organised by ACE. Organise regional Meet the VC sessions for Singapore startups looking to do fundraising in regional markets. Organise preparation courses for selected startups for Meet the VC sessions (e.g. financial modelling, legal fundraising documents etc) Develop programme budget and track programme budget utilisation to ensure effective use of budget and resources. Provide regular updates on the progress of the programmes and activities during meetings or in writing as and when as required. Assist to front or participate in any Special Projects, or undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Management. Requirements: Degree in a relevant field At least 3-4 years of working experience related to international business development and/or partnerships Have experience in programme/project management Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively as a team to achieve shared outcomes in a fast paced and dynamic environment
