Assistant Manager/Manager, Property Management Looking for talents with experience to work with the customer service team to manage all defect rectification matters during hand over of units to owne Assistant Manager/Manager, Property Management Looking for talents with experience to work with the customer service team to manage all defect rectification matters during hand over of units to owners during TOP and Defects Liability Period, and work with the appointed Managing Agent to manage the day to day property management operations for a condominium. Oversee the appointed Managing Agent to manage all facilities and property management matters for the assigned condominium Prepare the maintenance budget for the Pre-TOP and ensure all payments are made promptly to all the service providers Prepare for Pre-AGM and sinking fund provision for the AGM documentation Liaise with the customer service team, contractors and owners during the defects liability period on all defect rectification matters to ensure all issues are promptly managed and resolved Carry out all other duties and responsibilities pertaining to the property management of the condominium Job Requirements Diploma in property management or equivalent 3 to 5 years of experience in residential property management and defects rectifications with Real Estate Developer Strong organisational skills to ensure effective coordination and prompt handling of all defect rectification matters Strong communication skills to ensure effective liaison with customer service team, contractors and owners on all defects rectification matters to ensure good customer service delivery. Good team player who can work with multiple parties on all property management and defects rectifications 2 years' contract period
