Manpower Policy and Planning (MPP) Division develops and reviews sector-level policies and drives manpower planning for the social and early childhood (EC) sectors.What you will be working on:Brief Description of Job Scope Drive sector manpower attraction, retention and optimisation strategies to ensure an adequate supply of manpower for our sector, especially for key professions. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop strategies to promote sector manpower optimisation in areas such as job redesign, alternative manpower models, and workforce localisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the effective implementation of manpower pipeline strategies on sector branding, attraction and retention of key professionals for the sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop/ review policies on progressive Human Resource practices, and Innovation and Productivity in the sector which support organisational capacity building.What we are looking for:
