Job Description
$4K+AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Industry: Freight Forwarding
Transportation provided at Bedok / Tampines MRT stations
MNC / SGX Listed Company
Responsibilities
- Responsible to oversee the daily operations of the seafreight export & import operations
- Provides customer service and handles enquiries or complaints of export & import sea shipments
- Initiates action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity and controls further processing on non-conforming product until unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- Liaises with liner carriers on space bookings & rates negotiation and handling of cargo claims with customers & Partners (Warehouse & transport management with vendors)
- Liaises closely with overseas offices to arrange & coordinate transit shipments
- Min. Diploma level
- 2 years\' experience in sea freight operations, FCL / LCL and NVOCC.
- Knowledge of Export & Import Customs regulations, clearance procedures and Container Freight Station operations.
- Proficient in MS Office
