Job Responsibilities: * Prepare, monitoring, tracking & reporting of financial projections, expenditure & cashflow for RWS expansion project * Work closely with Asset Management and Project Costing for the strategy to capitalize Asset for RWS2. Job Responsibilities: Prepare, monitoring, tracking & reporting of financial projections, expenditure & cashflow for RWS expansion project Work closely with Asset Management and Project Costing for the strategy to capitalize Asset for RWS2.0 Support the analysis and evaluation of business strategies for the Resort by preparing periodic and commentaries, as well as forecasts of business performance Participate and contribute idea for system enhancement, automation and process improvement Job Requirements: Minimum 4 years in a similar role in Degree in Accountancy/Business/Statistic/Asset Management related field is preferred Strong analytical and communication skills, meticulous, takes initiative and able to work independently as well as within a team in a diverse and fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Excel and Power point skills Experience in using the ERP system would be an advantage
