They are looking for a Business Analyst to support improvement programs and profit improvement initiatives. The Role This is a newly created position and reporting to Finance Head in Singapore office. You shall be the business partner to Operation Heads for analysis of project performance and margin. You shall analyze project costing and contribute to implementation of process, policies, procedures and practices. Ensure all controls are in place and propose recommendation to improve processes. Review contracts to understand contractual obligations and assist on the achievement of financial goals and expectations, identifying gaps. Your scopes include preparing and reviewing of Project P&L and all financial data in order to identify key areas of improvement and deploy specific action plan for monthly business review. Support detailed Project Costing on all contracts, match actual invoices against performance document to identify all gaps. Prioritize and target under performance projects, working closely with Operations Heads on improvement strategies and raise alert to Management when as needed. Support on the preparation of quarterly Forecasts and Budget. Support Global new systems implementation and be subject matter expect supporting all relevant stakeholders. Your Profile This role suits someone who is experienced in business partnering and business analysis with strong peference in project costing in an advertising or servicing industries. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with prior audit background is advantageous. You shall be a degree holder in finance/accounting or business related discipline. Strong team player and confident in presenting financial analysis to various stakeholders.
