Project manage, monitorandevaluate the outcomesandeffectiveness of the initiatives. Engageandmanage internalandexternal stakeholders to gain buy-inandpartnerships. Partner withserviceproviders closely in the processinganddisbursement of approved grant funding. Reviewworkprocesses for continuous improvement inservicequalityandgrant governance. Perform all administrativeandfinancial tasks required of the initiatives (writing approval papers, procurement of services, budget tracking, etc.). JOB REQUIREMENTS Degreein any discipline with at least 2yearsofworkingexperience,preferablyin healthcare, eldercareand/orsocial services. Self-motivated, resourceful withgoodproblem-solving skillsanda high level of initiative. Able to manage multiple projects with excellent project management skillsandto thrive under pressure. Effective communicator (verbal, in writing) withgoodinterpersonal skillsandan interest to enhance care in the sector. Responsible,conscientious, detailedandagoodteam player. Candidateswith prior programme managementandevaluation experience preferred.
