Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
Liaise with M&E Consultants
Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients' project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
Requirements
Min 8 years of Engineering experience with a recognised E&M Engineering Degree;
* Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of transit projects
