Key Responsibilities: * Ensure efficiency of daily office operations and administration of the office to create a positive work environment * Coordinate all logistics for client meetings such as Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficiency of daily office operations and administration of the office to create a positive work environment Coordinate all logistics for client meetings such as preparing agenda, booking meeting rooms and logistic arrangements Be the point of contact liaising with external vendors on maintenance of office equipment, pantry supplies, IT service providers, travel agent and building management Organise and coordinate office events including client engagement event and internal company team bonding events Provide administrative support for the MD and the team on travel arrangements, visa application and itinerary management Manage travel and expense claim reimbursements Maintain and update client information in client database To succeed in this Assistant Office Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with employees, be flexible and able to multitask. Key Requirements: Minimum of three to five years of experience in administration, secretarial function Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently, and in liaison with other departments/offices when necessary Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff and sensitivity to confidential matters is required This is a US-based headquartered investment management firm.
