Ensure all duties are carried out according to SOP to meet and exceed standards in quality of food, service, safety and cleanliness. Consistently review operations and staff's performance to identify any problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement. Provide training and coaching to staff, assess performance and provide feedback on an ongoing basis. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet. Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget. Conduct monthly stock count for food & beverage, packaging, and all other stocks. Solicit guest feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by The ManagementOn job trainings will be given to the right candidate(s)Our ideal candidate should possess.... Have at least 2 years of experience working in the food-service industry in a supervisory role. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
