Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Outlet Manager in developing and implementing business plans.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Handle staff control and people issues, such as conflict resolution and performance management.
Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons.
Manage the scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the outlet.
Handle cashiering and loss prevention activities, including cash handling, inventory management, and security.
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the outlet.
Provide back office support, such as record-keeping, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Recruit, train, and motivate staff to meet performance standards and customer service expectations.
Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including staff, customers, suppliers, and management.
