You will be involved in/to:

• Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
• Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the Tool Owners & Tool Specialist & Production Supervisors to achieve the overall committed Production targets.
• Support real time problem analysis on equipment failures, eSTAR/FDC alarms, and SPC violation
• Manage equipment failure through Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Work with Engineer to perform analysis and follow-up on all reported fab yields and D0 problems
• Follow up PM/CM Qualification to ensure equipment operate within spec and equipment up to Manufacturing within the shortest time.
• Assist in supporting process quality or process standardization for product / process industrialization.
• Work with Engineer to ensure all processes are documented with properly written and clearly defined procedures in an electronic media
• Manage Lots on Hold (follow-up)
• Carry out Process Qualification & Evaluation (trial run) on SWR / split lot
• Ensure proper passdown with all process / hardware details and actions taken, clearly listed inside the passdown report
• Engage / Participate in CIP & iFit improvements.

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Diploma in relevant engineering
• Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience in semi-conductor process engineering.
• Proactive attitude, independent and willing to work under stressful environment.
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Fast learner of new technical issues
• Engineering data analysis skills
• Multi-tasking ability
