Assistant Procurement Engineer (1 Year Contract)

Job Description
:
We are looking to hire a highly motivated, hands-on Procurement personnel who will be responsible for supporting Operations In-direct purchase, order execution. Key responsibilities include PO execution & order management, and commercial negotiation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods/services receipt status and supplier billing.
- Day-to-day co-ordination and communications with Internal User and to ensure meeting REC requirement, specifications, and delivery plan.
- Direct hands-on and working on price, and commercial negotiation with suppliers.
- Highlight incident & delays to Internal User and superior.
- Tracking of all procurement activities (supplier registration, CA/NDA & etc.), deliveries & all related status.
- Identify, remediate, track and close procurement related open items closely.
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering or other disciplines with related working experience in Supply Chain or Purchasing.
- Proficient in MS office applications, ERP software like SAP S4Hana & etc.
