• Category and contracting experience in Marketing Services (including Advertising & Print) and/or Outside Services.
• Strong contracting expertise in contracts including Finance, Audit, Tax, Compliance, etc.
• Drive contract compliance and work with Legal Department to execute appropriate contacting methodology.

• Drive selection of suitable suppliers and comprehensive supply base management
• Drive sourcing selection based on total cost of ownership
• Provide summary of procurement recommendation for senior leadership
• Supplier follow-up, including the establishment of Service Level Agreements
• Work with Legal to execute contract with favorable terms
• All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Casino Resortxe2x80x99s policies, practices, and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree required in business, pre-law or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Procurement Contract Management or a related field.
• Ability to perform complex analysis for supplier and material contracts, develop long range commodity plans, streamline operational procedures, perform continuous improvement activities, and present project reports to senior management.
• Knowledge of financial and cost management, contract management, and spreadsheet analysis.
• Skills with Microsoft Office suite and spreadsheets are essential.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.
