Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the company\'s supply portfolio and sourcing strategy, negotiate with suppliers in achieving long term benefit in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
- Manage purchasing cycle including quotations, and pricings, prepare purchase orders, and update related documents in the internal system for both overseas and local purchases.
- Manage daily operational purchasing activities.
- Build strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and key suppliers
- Attend to complaints, claims and audits related purchasing matters.
- Compiling purchasing reports for management, analysis and decision making
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement/ shipping experience
- Able to work in fast paced environment.
- Organized in administrative duties
- Organised individual
- Declarant agent is preferred
