Job Decription:
Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and monitoring production schedules to meet daily output targets. Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or disruptions. Ensure all manufacturing operations comply with company quality standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements. Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and wastage. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure end-to-end operational efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives Assist in training, guiding, and evaluating production staff to improve skills and performance. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Handle any other production-related tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by the Engineering Director.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role. * Strong understanding of production planning, machine operations, and manufacturing best practices.
