Job Description


:Enquiries

  • Attend to inbound IPM enquiries that are escalated from the sales teams
  • Monitor and maintain the IPM inbox by addressing the IPM students\' IPM specific queries.
Enrollment and Admissions
  • Assist in the admissions process, including application review, interviews, selection and offers.
Marketing and Recruitment:
  • Coordinate with marketing team to reach out to potential students through email campaigns
Programme schedule and logistics
  • Organize and assist to coordinate programme-related events (Exams, orientations, lunches).
Qualifications:
  • Diploma, Degree or Higher Nitec.
  • Familiarity with operations in the education sector would be advantageous.
  • IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management and Training Management System portal is an added advantage.
  • A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
  • Meticulous, has an eye for detail and appreciates the value and need for thorough planning and good documentation.
