Attend to inbound IPM enquiries that are escalated from the sales teams
Monitor and maintain the IPM inbox by addressing the IPM students\' IPM specific queries.
Enrollment and Admissions
Assist in the admissions process, including application review, interviews, selection and offers.
Marketing and Recruitment:
Coordinate with marketing team to reach out to potential students through email campaigns
Programme schedule and logistics
Organize and assist to coordinate programme-related events (Exams, orientations, lunches).
Qualifications:
Diploma, Degree or Higher Nitec.
Familiarity with operations in the education sector would be advantageous.
IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365.
Proficient in using Learning Management and Training Management System portal is an added advantage.
A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
Meticulous, has an eye for detail and appreciates the value and need for thorough planning and good documentation.
