Build new leads and grow opportunities into long term business relationship.
Participate in events, networking sessions and roadshows for brand awareness.
Active support in social media outreach of SMU and SMU Academy activities.
Ability to handle difficult customers and escalate them if necessary to senior management.
Manage and minimise class cancellation, maintain a minimum sign up of 10 participants for each course.
Able to identify marketing channels for programmes, strategic partnerships, and events.
Understand competitors\' offerings for the same and new programmes and be able to analyse and define market demand.
Support in creation of GeBIZ quotations.
Qualifications:
Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Positive mindset and team player.
Good writing skills and meticulous with proofreading content.
Excellent time management and organisation
Able to work in fast-paced and self-directed environment.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
Good understanding of marketing via various digital platforms.
Possess good level of written, communication and interpersonal skills.
