The NUS Care Unit is a specialist in-house provider of trauma-informed care to both staff and students of the campus community at large. We specialize in providing high-level support and care for survivors of sexual misconduct in their journey of recovery.
We are looking for a Programme Manager to join the NUS Care Unit in providing high-level support and care for victims of sexual misconduct in their journey of recovery. The Programme Manager is primarily responsible for the management of case management software. The incumbent will also manage the Unit\xe2\x80\x99s website and contribute actively in outreach efforts to raise awareness about sexual misconduct for positive and lasting change.
Job description:

• Management of Case Management software \xe2\x80\x9cTitanium Schedule\xe2\x80\x9d used for case documentations
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, and present findings as visualizations and reports
• Provide reports and generate dashboards regularly
• Maintenance of the NUS Care Unit\xe2\x80\x99s website
• Contribute to programmes and outreach efforts aimed at raising awareness about sexual misconduct
• Perform any other duties as required by the Unit

Requirements

Education and experience

• Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in any discipline, Psychology or Sociology is a plus
• 4 years of working experience is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Good with designing applications and photo, video and media editing software such as Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

Others

• Knowledge in trauma management and related work experience in an education/college environment is a plus
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, meticulous and thorough
• Systems thinking \xe2\x80\x93 ability to connect the dots to develop a deeper appreciation of key issues and exercise good judgement to provide sound recommendations
• Good analytical skills and commitment to confidentiality
• Able to deal with complexity, and to use initiative and situational judgment to solve problems effectively; to thrive in high stress conditions while projecting professional equanimity
• Excellent inter-personal, empathy and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
