Job Description
- Salary: $3000 - $4000
- Working days: 5.25 days, Rest on Sunday
- Office Hour: 8am to 5.30pm
- location: Ubi Road (Alight at Paya Lebar MRT or Tai Seng MRT station)
- Conduct site visit to prepare quotations (i.e. using SOR rates), develop project schedule.
- Prepare risk assessment plan and method of statement, safe work procedures as per authority\'s guidelines.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that all works are completed as per agreed project scope. To follow through with delivery order endorsed by client.
- Manage project team, site works, materials and equipment effectively and efficiently.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
