:

• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope
• Support to Project Managers in AI enabled projects, driving timely communication with clients and team members.
• Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.
• Ensure the quality of Pactera EDGE\xe2\x80\x99s service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.
• Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence to Company procedures, account-established processes and business goals.
• Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.
• Work closely with clients, meeting their requirements and handling on quality issues
• Manage the team to ensure quality and timely delivery and ensure continuous improvement.
• Work with recruitment team to acquire for resources
• Consolidation and validation for billing and payment

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field of study
• At least 2 year experience supporting project management or co-ordination
• Proven experiences in managing team.
• PMP certified is added advantage
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and customer management skills
• Ability to work in a global environment with different working cultures
• Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
• Self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadline
