Job Description

One of the world\'s most trusted facilities management companies providing diversified services which include maintenance and engineering, technical procurement and support, cleaning and ancillary services across retail, residential and commercial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle project related works and established process flow and timeline
• Manage documentation work, project reporting, coordination work and technology installation
• Assist in project site visits and inspections, taking over & handling over of sites
• Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines
• Consolidate, validate, maintain and proceed of project works.
• Follow up on resources and budgets
• Perform coordination works with different parties
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution, management and monitor project performance
• To ensures construction adheres to regulations and standards of performance, safety and quality
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Project Manager

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in project management work
• Knowledge of working in Electrical or Energy project, Facilities or F&B equipment is an advantage
• MS Office skills
• Excellent documentation management skill

Others:

• Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm, 5 days\' work week
• 2 opening positions
