Manage a team of on-site staff and the administration of all service contracts required for the smooth and effective running of the properties under management.
Cultivate and maintain good relationship with residents, council members and government authorities.
Ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to schedule and the building facilities & equipment are in good working condition.
Implement initiative that reduces short term and long term operating cost.
Ensure compliances with all buildings and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management or its equivalent.
Good working knowledge of BMSMA.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Previous experience in managing luxury residential estates would be an advantage.
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.
