Assistant Property Manager

Job Description
:
Assist the Property Manager with management and maintenance of the HDB estate
Work with the team to attend and resolve resident\'s feedback
Work closely with Town Councillors, Residents, grassroot organisation and other relevant government agencies
Supervise improvement and upgrading works
Manage budget control / planning and arrears
Carry out enforcement actions on common properties and open space by laws
Job Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate management or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experiences in managing a multi-disciplinary team in the maintenance, & estate management portfolio
- Possess Facility Management experiences with strong M&E exposures in Town Council
- Possess strong leadership and demonstrated the drive to deal with all difficult tasks imposed by the client
- This role requires a high degree of initiative, tact, strategic thinking, relationship building, and leadership capabilities
- Experience in putting up glide-path cost savings initiatives and implemented them will be advantageous.
- Salary budget up to $4000
- 5 days work week
- Working Location at Yishun
