Monday to Friday : 0830 - 1745

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality inspections and audits, monitor products at all stages of production, and ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements. Help develop, implement, and manage the quality management system, including creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Supervise, mentor, and train QA/QC team members, ensuring they follow procedures and contribute to a culture of quality. Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes of defects or non-compliance, and coordinate corrective and preventative actions. Work with other departments like production, operations, and engineering to address quality issues and support product development and process improvements. Monitor quality control performance metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide insights to the Director / QA Manager for continuous improvement. Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a Quality Assurance / Quality Control role within a precision engineering or high-volume manufacturing environment, including at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Expert-level knowledge of precision machining (CNC, EDM, etc.), GD&T, and blueprint reading, CMM programming and operation experience will be a significant advantage. Proficiency in quality management software, data analysis, and understanding of relevant quality standards like ISO or industry-specific regulations. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like engineering, science, or a related discipline. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
