We are looking for an exceptionally seasoned Quality Assurance Manager with extensive industry experience to lead our global quality operations. This role requires not only technical depth but also strong business acumen and international exposure. The successful candidate will have full ownership of quality management systems across markets and must demonstrate the ability to handle complex compliance challenges while engaging with senior stakeholders and clients worldwide.





Responsibilities:





Establish, implement, and continuously enhance a comprehensive Quality Assurance framework that meets international standards and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing QA team, ensuring excellence in execution and accountability at all levels. Direct and manage complex audits, certification processes, and regulatory inspections, including FDA, ISO, and international certifications. Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, engaging with C-suite executives, addressing escalations, and providing strategic solutions. Evaluate and qualify overseas suppliers and manufacturers, with a strong emphasis on navigating the Indian market's regulatory and business environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by integrating advanced data analytics, risk management, and cost optimization into QA processes. Prepare comprehensive executive-level reports and present findings and recommendations to senior management and global partners.


Requirements:





Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline (Master's preferred). Minimum 20 years of proven, progressive experience in Quality Assurance or related functions, with at least 10 years in a senior management role. Demonstrated expertise in managing international clients, particularly with US-based corporations, including handling escalations and contract compliance. Deep knowledge and proven track record in managing quality and compliance in the Indian market, including supplier audits, local regulations, and cultural business practices. In-depth understanding of global regulatory standards (ISO 9001, GMP, FDA, HACCP, etc.) and the ability to lead organizations through successful certifications. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel extensively for audits, inspections, and client engagements. * Only candidates who can demonstrate strategic-level achievements in QA management will be considered.
