Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Product Manager

with a strong background in

Quality Assurance

to oversee the development and commercialization of new products, from concept to launch. This role bridges innovation and compliance -- ensuring all products are market-relevant, high-quality, and meet regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has experience in

TCM

,

supplements, functional foods, or healthcare products

, and thrives in a cross-functional environment involving R&D, QA, regulatory, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

Lead the end-to-end product development process -- ideation, formulation, testing, validation, and launch. Translate consumer insights and market trends into innovative product concepts and line extensions. Work closely with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications and positioning. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and successful launches. Collaborate with suppliers and OEM/ODM partners on formulation feasibility and quality consistency.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure all new and existing products comply with relevant

regulatory, safety, and labeling standards

(e.g., HSA, SFA, GMP). Oversee product documentation including specifications, COAs, testing reports, and stability studies. Review and approve raw material quality, packaging standards, and production protocols. Partner with QA to manage product validation, shelf-life testing, and non-conformance investigations. Implement and maintain

quality-by-design

principles throughout the product lifecycle. Liaise with regulatory consultants and testing laboratories to ensure compliance and quality excellence.

Cross-functional Leadership

Act as the key liaison between QA, R&D, marketing, and operations teams. Support marketing with technical product claims and substantiation. Conduct post-launch reviews to assess product performance, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in both product development and quality management processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline. Minimum

5 years of experience

in

product development and quality assurance

, preferably in

nutraceuticals, supplements, or FMCG/healthcare

,

TCM

industries. Strong knowledge of

GMP, HACCP, and relevant product regulatory frameworks

. Proven experience in leading product projects from concept to commercialization. Excellent analytical, documentation, and project management skills. Effective communicator with strong collaboration and leadership abilities. Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for product integrity and innovation.
