Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Lead and participate in quality planning such as FMEA, control plan, mistake proofing, supplier qualifications + Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) Lead in supplier quality and Supplier development management activities including supplier performance assessment, warranty and claim process and supplier certifications Drive statistical methods in process control and continual improvement in process control and quality Provide technical support during Project QA, installation, testing and commissioning. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required Ensuring the compliance with all the specifications and requirements included in the signed EPC contracts . Co-ordination with Safety / O&M / technical / engineering resources / customers and other stakeholders for QA/QC activities as needed Develop and maintain a non-conformance control system including issuing of non-conformance reports to the Suppliers/Contractor and ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective To understand and support QC activities when required.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles. Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. * Previous exposure to or experience in the oil & gas industry is an advantage.
