Descriptions
Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the projects
Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services
Prepare and submit the tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures
Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control
Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects
Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing
Perform cost comparison
Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors
Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of quantity surveyor experience for QS role
* Computer proficiency in MS PROJECT, MS Excel, MS Words and AutoCAD
