Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and driven Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our QS operations, ensuring accurate cost management and project profitability.
Tender Administration: Attend client briefings to understand project tender scope.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) for project tenders.
Develop accurate cost estimates for commercial and retail projects.
Ensure accurate costing in Netsuite administration.
Adhere to tender submission deadlines.
Cost Control & Profit Reporting:
Coordinate with Projects Team & Designers on costing matters.
Verify subcontractor claims.
Maintain accurate records of Project Variation Orders (VOs).
