Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for the development of ADM Pet Nutrition export plans of the company to achieve the sales targets, determines and evaluates all factors that could affect the plans, such as economic climate, competitive atmosphere, sales trends and identifying potential market, serving the existing clients and customers, and developing new business channel to ensure a wide and covered distribution.

Responsibilities

• Defining and implementing the strategic sales plan for ADM Pet Nutrition Export to achieve the sales targets for our export markets in APEC
• Collaborate and support the importers/distributors to develop and grow ADM Pet Nutrition business
• Work closely with ADM APEC Pet Nutrition team to develop ADM global brands in APEC including new product launch plans and ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines
• Work closely with ADM APEC Pet Nutrition Marketing to formulate and implement marketing plan for our global brands in APEC
• To develop and work closely with a strong network of importers/distributors to drive ADM Pet Nutrition distribution coverage in pet shops, modern on-trade and e-commerce and optimize the channel mix
• To assist the Commercial Development Manager, Pet Nutrition APEC in the launching and development of our e-commerce plans in APEC
• Participate in the Annual Budget preparation and Forecast updates
• Work with relevant parties (registration, supply chain, sales forecast, local regulations\xe2\x80\xa6) to ensure good management of stocks level and to ensure the products are available within the targeted markets with direct responsibility of distribution/export business within APEC
• Understand and provide feedback to ADM Pet Nutrition on market intelligence database to identify the opportunities, improvements, levers of development for the marketing mix
• Based on local market information and needs, together with the Commercial Development Manager, Pet Nutrition APEC, define the pricing structure and strategy in accordance with global guidelines and develop the corresponding commercial policy for discounts and rebates

Requirements

• University Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Animal Science or Animal Nutrition
• At least 7 years of experience in international and multicultural working environment, multinational companies, ideally from Pet Care or FMCG with regional experience
• Must be fluent in English and preferably with a second language
• Should work with or know about modern trade, traditional channels, e-commerce sales, market information tools
• Experience in managing distributors and/or key accounts
• Strong negotiator and good communication skills
• Understand and able to manage contract discussions
• Organize and tolerance to frustration, dynamic, work under pressure, good personal relationships and personnel development and good in presentation skills
• Willing to travel within APEC
