Assistant Regional Sales Manager

Job Description
- Key account management for global OEMs in the region
- Liaise with global counterparts on market strategy
- Create strategy for growth within Chinese auto manufacturers, and execute
- Guide and manage sales representatives throughout the region
- Negotiating with customers at a senior level
- Understanding and enforcing supply agreements
- Involvement with cost calculation and customer price setting
- Support Regional Sales Manager
Necessary requirements :
- Must have a bachelor’s engineering or commercial degree
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience within the automotive wiring industry
- Must have had business experience with Chinese auto manufacturers
- Must be familiar with HellermannTyton products
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience dealing with global OEM’s
- Must be prepared to travel
- Must be able to communicate at a senior level
- Must be competent enough on product knowledge to present to engineers
- Must be able to compile reports for submission to company directors
